Worst middle level management - Recensione dipendente - Senior Engineer presso ZF Group

Very bad rating policy is being followed, people working hard and playing main roles are not being appreciated because tech lead doesn't understand our work. Managers are for only checking billing hours. Doesn't feel like a product based company at all. Work from home policy exists on paper. In reality manager doesn't approve it.
