> Lots of dirty politics and highly unprofessional behavior > HR is not at all co-operative nor professional > Don't expect flexibility with respect to anything if it's either leave/workhours/you are in any kind of trouble > Policies are applied only for circumstances which are in favor of company > Performance ratings are calculated based on your contact with your manager and not how do you perform throughout a year- very serious issue here > No liberty to plan your leaves as per your need. You strictly have to follow your managers decision > Last but not the least, company is not ready to allow WFH outside Hyderabad during Covid-19 pandemic
