I am working in Braking division and my team is MCAL and counter part is Livonia(USA) based on my experience i am writing this review PROS: -Initial salary offered is good(While joining)

-ZF Hyderabd offers high package at joining but yearly increments are less for those who joined with higher salaries -Most of the Team leads and managers recruited from service based companies like KPIT so they dont know work culture -Many of the team leads in ZF hyderabad shout at below employees and behave rudly -Mangers will talk only with team leads and never interact with team members -Managers are not interested in knowing the issues in the teams and even if they know the issues they never try to resolve the issues -Team leads never takes the employee feedback positively -No work life balance and mental stress at work -Need to fill the every day work details and exact effort in hrs in Manual excel sheet(lot of headache and team leads monitor this very minute details) -Micro management -Variable pay is never paid 100% to employees -Blame game played by team lead -Very very rare onsite oppurtunity for only in some german teams -Need to sign the bond for onsite oppurtunity -Onsite money paid is very less.For Germany onsite they will pay 37 euros per day(Very less when compared to other) -No job Safety -Late night work common in all USA teams and health will damage due to this -Employees are treated as slaves -They mostly take Telangana and Andhra employees by offering good initial packages.They know that telugu people cant move easily from Hyderabad and they take advantage of this -HRs are dumb and they follow only manager words(No use of discussing with HR) -Never join in the company by following the trap of initial high salary
