1. No proper interaction of HR with employees 2. Manager get promoted every year, but an employee with same experience work with low designation 3. Micromanagement 4. No recognition, when employee work at his best his manager get awards 5. N number of surveys, no implementation of feedback. mostly the management do not read any feedback. 6. Higher management shows up that they're responsible for anything before other global team, but in the background lot of hardwork by low level employees who do not even get a verbal appreciation. 7. No promotion on time only promotes managers 8. No growth to old employees but recruit new ones with huge pay. 9. Irresponsible and worst HR department, no response or very busy to respond. They only make as policy whatever they want.
