Very bad experience - Recensione dipendente - Deputy General Manager presso ZF Group

Extremely bad politics, very less salary, no proper policies, lot of favouritism, atleast transport and food were free pre covid, now food is not free. IT and Operations are worst, lot of resignations in org but company taking no measures to normalize salaries or retain critical resources. no SAP system, everything in excel and e-mails, finance and purchase team are horrible. HR is just waste, not resolving any issues, have standard answer: "I will get back to you later". Later never comes. No onsite opportunities, no team lunch budget since pandemic.
