Small company if that is not to your taste

Zia Consulting has proven to have the best workplace culture of any job I have had. The people are incredibly smart and there is a philosophy of no "not on my team". That means that everyone respects and enjoys working with everyone employed by Zia. There is zero micromanagement, which is incredibly refreshing. It is trusted that people get their work done. As a writer, copy editor, and researcher on the marketing team, I enjoy interacting with everyone in the company. It is clear they bring a ton of value to the other employees, customers and partners. One of my favorite experiences is watching the sales team ensure that their customers get exactly what they need and can afford at the time. This is in strike contrast with many companies that will sell the most expensive set of solutions. This may temporarily benefit their bottom line, but ultimately doesn't serve the customer and builds mistrust in the relationship. To me, this kind of integrity is essential to a good company and Zia exemplifies it!
