Unethical, corrupted, inhuman company. Came to know that even Pvt companies can do more scam by working here. They will ruin any good employees career by simply putting unnecessary pressure. Valueless people in doing biz. Money looting company from customers and employees in the name of penalties (I didn't get my full salary for last 2 years). I was working in Zim, India for last 2 years, it was the worst mistake I have ever done. Thought Israeli are intelligent, but simply 3 crooked indian brains surpassed them, ZIM other than India may be good place to work, but definitely in India they are Devils waiting to spoil youngsters career. Failed in diversity and again proved Indian theary of North lives south diminishes. If HQ arranges any survey they will easily manipulate, hence can't expect any kind of intervene from HQ, they will simply sit and want biz, not bothered about sources they have, seriously these guys in India are influential, ruin life of others. My final advice to anyone who wants to work in shipping lines in India, plz avoid this company for the sake of your future.
