      Good comfortable working conditions. Fairly flexible on exact working hours, with some options to work from home (2 days/week). Not expected to do work after hours. Good team to work with, involved management who does not micromanage.

      Low salary relative to the industry standard.

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
