This is not really the company's fault but since ZIO is expanding so quickly, there were a lot of changes that resulted in my superiors being very busy and sometimes not able to assist me further with training, but I completely understand the situation and they still managed to teach me lots about AV and lighting.

The potential of career growth and promotion is unlimited. I report directly to one of the principals of the company, and the ownership is like no other company I've worked for in the past. They have an open door policy, and are constantly looking for input from their team members to better the company. All input is taken into serious consideration, and many ideas are implemented. The company has a great family feel. We are able to have a great time at work, doing what we love to do. This job has provided a new opportunity for me. It allows me to work on multi-million dollar projects, and see to the customer having a fully functional system that meets and exceeds their expectations.

I work in the Atlanta office, helping to grow our footprint in Atlanta. Helping to grow a new branch geographically away from the team can be difficult. But I'm confident that ZIO will develop the same great culture in the Atlanta office, as is present in the other branches
