Employees don’t leave ZIWI on their terms, they leave as they are pushed or they have no choice as their soul is being destroyed. You are not treated with respect and you have to constantly watch your back. A high number of people have left ZIWI in the last few years from all markets due to the toxic new leadership and culture. Management all talk about each other behind their backs as well as untruths about their teams to ensure they are top dog. There is no empowerment or development - if you don’t know how to do something don’t dare ask. Conclusion - Do not work at ZIWI. Find a company that you can excel at personally and professionally.
