Culture- $8hr secretaries runs process 5.) Marketing/training- run by some of the most unqualified individuals in the business 6.) Opportunities- None! Survival until outpaced by forecast 7.) Leadership- Lifecor needs a complete change. Ones in place are not correct to build $300M 8.) No sales VP with vision, lets Ops/Marketing run with strategy 9.) Inventory and overall business model inflexibility 10.) Medicare/Medicaid/Carrier interaction and contracts 11.) Forecast pulled from Mars 12.) 50% turnover both internally and externally-runs like a call center

- On-site equipment for Engineering / R&D initiatives could be more up to date.
