The past few years have been exceptionally challenging for the localisation industry, and the impact on workloads and financial decisions, including salary reviews being put on temporary hold and restructuring has been really significant.
That said, we recognise the strain this placed on our teams and we’re actively focused on rebuilding, improving support, and restoring stability as the business continues to recover. Listening to feedback, even when difficult, is an important part of that process.
