      The people are genuinely lovely, easy to get along with, supportive, and good at what they do. The work isn’t boring either; you get a good mix of projects and some well known clients, which keeps things interesting. Hybrid working is a massive win and makes life much easier. Things feel a bit more stable lately too, which is reassuring

      The industry’s had a rough patch and you can tell. Pay rises have been pretty much on pause, and teams have felt a bit thin at times. Communication has improved but still isn’t always as clear or as frequent as it could be

      Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.

      Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that. Also, pay is not that great.
