- Good system for getting flexi time and being able to save up to get an extra day off per month from it - Snacks and drinks provided in office - Lovely people who come to the office regularly - The work was interesting in some areas

- Flexi time if over 1 days worth will delete at the end of the month if not used, I was not warned about this first time it happened and lost almost half a day owed to me - If you get stuck on certain products it's a lot of regression and not much progress and can really make things stale - Not a lot of movement to putting automation in, it's happening slowly with the push of one person but no real high level backing - A lot of protecting each other at the higher levels - Can get some retaliation from upper management if complaints are raised and nothing is done about it despite them giving training on how it is not 'something they support' - Micro-managed to the nth degree - Not very much support around mental health and as mental health first aiders are only upper management and HR you find that your trust is not taken seriously due to trying to 'protect the business' - The recent spate of redundancies was handled very poorly with lots of people being let go but then promoting a lot of people and hiring newbies for 3 times the pay of people they let go - Very few people come to the office anymore, to the point where a lot of people wonder why they have an office at all - I thought the diversity wasn't brilliant but not awful until I worked for other companies and saw the difference
