      - Great company culture (no drama, everyone from technicians to the CEO are awesome) - Very collaborative - Decent hours - Fast paced - Lots of work/projects - small company

      Svantaggi

      - Pay increases/compensation are rare and not very competitive (this could be a result of the start up status of the company, but may be causing talent to leave) - 10 days vacation and 5 days sick

      Thank you for your response. We continue to review our benefits to ensure that they are competitive as well as work with our team to improve skills and knowledge so they can master their current jobs, pursue a promotion and/or transfer to new or different positions.
