Team Leader are completely lost; They come from China or other country to here but DO NOT KNOW anything; People from abroad have a very poor english, also sometimes arrive people that do not speak anything in english; They do not provide any guidance and strategy. It is very hard to pay any Union Labor salary agreement, lot of process on court, work environment is completely discouraging. Instead of Keeping local people on management, they do bring people from abroad to be in charge of decision maker which DO NOT KNOW anything about business, also are very hands-off. The, business strategy is ZERO. Whether the company is on same way like above, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO MY WORSE ENEMY!!!!
