They give you a lot of hours, most of the time

They back load a lot of work for end of the month and require people to work overtime, despite what they're lives may be. They have times of the year where they hire A LOT of new people, but that's only because they fire A LOT of people whenever they're orders are low from customers. It's also very concerning that nearly all interviews and hires are from referrals. They are truly heartless and only care about upper management receiving bonuses off the sixty hours their employees will work in a week and bonuses from keeping employee wages under their benchmarks by firing a lot of people.
