Good Hours, some employees are cool. Not hard to learn duties.

Company needs more structure and care from hire-ups. Needs better pay, roadmap for raises and incentives for hard workers. Needs a better culture and standards. Has a bad reputation for hiring anyone, needs to have a standard of quality workers..far too many workers that cannot read or write english. Qualified individuals are not utilized to their max capabilities, instead you are boxed/confined to certain roles. Good workers leave as there is no real growth and bad workers get fired. Cannot retain quality workers, very high turnover. Management constantly has resigned and there has been open acts of favoritism.
