Micromanagement. The bosses over sales spend most of their time micromanaging. 90% of the sales work gets done by the sales coordinators but they get most of the commission.

4-day work week I guess.

First few years there were great, last few were horrible due to the President and VPs incompetent management. Even with 4-day workweek, they couldn't keep most new hires there for more than 6 months. That says a lot. Mostly a noisy office that made it difficult to do my job also. Wish I would have left sooner. Thankful to be at a place now that knows how to manage employees, trusts us to do our work, and doesn't create drama.
