Low salary, ok for people who joined later, no adjustment made after No transperency regarding growing opportunities No shared knowledge No devolopment path, everything has to be learned by yourself, minimal support from lead and colleagues No documentation, chaotic work flow Many people are not happy but still stay as they are too comfortable with the flexibility the job comes with, this is bad as it influences also the chances of the people who want to develop inside the company and not be forced to leave because of low salaries and unstructured system
