4yThank you very much for your review. We’re pleased that you enjoy our compensation structure as we strive to pay competitively to the external market and fairly internally.
Regarding our hybrid working model: after two years of predominantly work from home, we are aware of adoption needs, personal situations, and other factors for which we believe the best way forward is a moderate transition. That is why we decided to use this year to learn, understand, and gather feedback before moving to our desired target picture of a hybrid model that we have developed in the last months in close collaboration with our employees and works councils. We believe that collaboration of teams working together across disciplines and departments is at its best when people share moments together - whether in person or remotely and over distance. Our intention is therefore to combine the best of both worlds and find the balance where we can enjoy and benefit from flexibility on the majority of working days as well as the exchange with colleagues through a regular onsite presence.
