Unfortunately, the company has been going downhill in recent years, and the main reasons seem to be rooted in leadership and organizational decision-making. For the last 2 years, employee satisfaction scores have been consistently dropping, yet senior management failed to address the trend or investigate the root causes. This neglect directly contributed to a continued loss of engagement, motivation, and overall trust in the company’s direction. There was little recognition of the obvious link between declining employee engagement and the simultaneous drop in customer satisfaction.
