We’re glad to hear you value the learning opportunities at Zapp. We understand how important career progression is and we have a number of measures to support this, from a levelling framework which transparently lays out the path for progression to structured performance reviews where we provide constructive feedback to support employee development. We’re also in the process of rolling out role-specific training in this area. We are always trying to minimise waste and are actively looking into further solutions here. Cross-team connection is another focus and we have recently launched monthly cross-team lunches, as well as expanding the audience for our weekly bulletin meetings so that all team members can join if they wish.
