Management are so unpleasant. They never smile at you or talk to you. They backstab you and talk behind your back soo much! If your the new one it is worst. You get worked to the BONE. Plain slave labour. The expect you to multi-task like crazy and to never make any mistakes! Wayy too stressfull atmosphere You get blamed for shoplifters Lack of great formation (mine was like 2 days of heavy workload) Basically, don't work there. They don't respect you. And it doesnt worth it. ** Don't think that because you live in a country who tend to have faire labor in its values that it will be different for you. Zara takes his employee for granted, EVERYWHERE, thats it.
