      I had a really good time working at Zara Brazil. The company has a strong teamwork and instant feedback. My manager was a true leader, she supported me and helped with my learning process.

      In Brazil the work benefits and laws are different from the other countries but here we didn't have a proper place to rest inside of the company and we had to arrive earlier to change and put makeup and it didn't count as working hours.

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.
