Unprofessional - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate (Coordination Trainee) presso Zara

The discount is horrible. You get 15% off. You walk in and think its a tasteful store but really the go-backs are thrown everywhere on the floor, and you spend your day cleaning. They give you one uniform all year unless your pants rip or something it's ridiculous. The management is a joke, they think they have all this power and will use you until you just can't take it anymore. Do not accept any promotion they offer you because they will not give you a raise on the spot. I've been training for over 6 months and still no raise, they lie to you .
