The outlet managers tend to be nicer to temporary workers since temps don't work for long and will eventually be customers after the contract ends. More responsibilities and blame tend to be placed on permanent staff. Favoritism from bosses and colleagues if you are an extrovert (Regardless temporary or permanent position). The "outcasts" tend to be given the undesirable roles. Especially heavy workload during seasonal sales period.
