      - very long working hours - they expect you to know how to do things without them teaching - a lot of thievery happens and staff will get blamed for it

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.
