Fast paced - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate presso Zara

Extremely fast paced. Management and head office isn’t great. Scheduling is strange and seems quite biased at times. Sometimes you are only scheduled to work 3 hours…They are constantly cutting hours leading to shortage of employees with an increase in workload. The increase in work makes the overall environment very overwhelming for just 1 person to handle. What’s funny is they cut hours but they are constantly calling people on their off days asking them to work.
