      They give you a reasonable discount on clothing.

      Pretty much everything. Overall corporate structure is very toxic. They have a reputation for treating their staff poorly, mismanaging schedules, and not meeting basic union requirements for health and safety. I would avoid them at all cost.

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.
