      most of the managers will not be flexible with your needs, will be forced to work even though you've informed you cannot. No one from the management will care about you

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.
