Vantaggi
- Remote company, flexible, great benefits
- Team culture is best I've ever seen at a remote company - they invest in connection through company-wide scrums 3 x week, bi-weekly L&D or social connections, and an in person annual off-site that saves no expenses (this year we went skiing together at Winter Camp in Canmore, Alberta)
- Company has a great rep in the industry, is growing YOY, and building something meaningful with a distinct competitive advantage in how we work with partners and clients
Svantaggi
- Not an overly structured environment if that's somewhere you thrive. Early maturity in many ways, which some will see as an opportunity to build and create more scalability, and others may see as a limitation or lack of consistency / clear process

Wow! What thoughtful feedback ❤️ We’re glad to hear the flexibility, culture, and sense of purpose are resonating and def recognize that our evolving structure can feel ambiguous at times. We are always working to build more clarity and scalability while preserving the transparency and authenticity that make us ZayZoon. Your perspective reinforces that balance, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.

Vantaggi
ZayZoon is a great place to do meaningful work with a fantastic team. Most of the team works remotely, but there is an office in Calgary (but in my experience, there is no pressure to work from the office). The benefits are great and the work is challenging but meaningful.
The mission is something most people can support—the product is quality—good work/life balance—competitive base salary
Svantaggi
Commission is nearly nonexistent—sales is treated like school projects, constant meetings telling others what you’ve done—immature senior leadership—turnover of key employees is very high
