The work environment is very flexible, and the PTO policy is generous, which supports a healthy work-life balance. Like any fast-moving company, things can shift quickly, and that can create some ambiguity at times — but overall, it’s a solid place to build and contribute meaningfully.

Rapid growth can sometimes make things feel more complicated than they need to be, with new processes and tools still being figured out. With lots of new team members joining, it can take time to build context and momentum. Some internal systems and processes are still evolving, which can be frustrating if you thrive in a more structured or mature environment.

ZayZoon is a great place to do meaningful work with a fantastic team. Most of the team works remotely, but there is an office in Calgary (but in my experience, there is no pressure to work from the office). The benefits are great and the work is challenging but meaningful.

Commission is nearly nonexistent—sales is treated like school projects, constant meetings telling others what you’ve done—immature senior leadership—turnover of key employees is very high
