I don’t normally engage in online forum postings/rebuttals, etc., but given that my name was specifically called out in this one, I feel compelled to respond. If there’s a specific action/behavior on my part that has offended you, I apologize. I hope that as a current employee, you will come chat with me in a constructive dialog that allows us to move onward and upward. If you’re not comfortable talking to me directly, you can also chat with your manager or anyone in the HR team. I would like to address a particular call-out here in hopes that people reading will get a more balanced view of the folks who lead Zazzle. The Beavers are all individuals, with unique and differing perspectives. The only common denominator they share that they are smart, *really smart* and want Zazzle to live up to the potential that we all believe it has. Robert (CEO) is a serial entrepreneur (was one before it was “cool” to be an entrepreneur) who has started and sold more successful companies than most other people dare to dream. I have the good fortune of working with him and I can tell you that his passion is motivated by an extreme desire to win for Zazzle which equals a win for everyone at Zazzle. He empowers all of us on a daily basis and pushes us to do better. Zazzle has grown tremendously over the years – and we owe this success to Robert’s leadership and vision. Thanks, Jason
