Great ground team rapport with people doing actual work to drive the numbers.

Management is questionable, their strategy (ever-changing) and problem solving tactics are not working out. Ground teams are burnt out running in all directions. Best performers get laid off due to a simple cost and this terrifies the entire team who get loaded even more.
