People are very open and willing to help and support other. Competent, experienced and very knowledgable workforce. Always wanting to do the right thing for the custumer. Great Brand Equity and well know in the Industry.

The most REACTIVE company I've ever known. Everything is a Fire Drill. Are too complacent resting on their brand equity laurels and high profit margins. VERY poor product mananegement, development and introduction. They are too willing to release product that are mired with technical problems and then rework them in the field. Poor management of human capital. No succession planning, training or development. Limited understanding of working capital management. (Lots of obsolete inventory!) Which also stems from their innefficient and poor management of Planning, Forecasting & S&OP. Inneficient and very high indirect/exempt labor costs. Very little to no acountability

Consistently moving targets from executives with little buy in from middle management causing the message to become muddled resulting in subpar performance
