The pay and benefits are in line with other high-tech companies if you can tough it out and hang in there.

Company is extremely backward for being in the high-tech arena. They have dozens of old-fashioned, HR policies all the way down to one for dress code. At least 30 years behind the times in how they treat people yet they want to become a leader in a high-tech industry and attract top talent. Also the work load is ridiculous for the scope of the job. They hire a lot of external consultants and pay top dollar for this help instead of developing talent inside the organization.
