- Other than having a working environment, can't think of a better one.

- Technologies used are so old, you will code yourself into irrelevancy into one year; - Bad architecture, solution was written many years ago and nobody has any interest to update it to latest technologies; - Input is not taken into consideration if you have ideas to improve workflow and automate mundane tasks they will be met with disregard; - Due to unclear roles in departments, micromanagement is a must which makes working productively very hard when you depend on X to finish a task. - Business department will call you in your personal free time and scream at you for various reasons which will be beyond your understanding.

It is a Challenging, flat-structure, motivating environment.

The Fast pace may not be for everyone, it requires a great amount of flexibility.
