      I've been working full-time at the firm and it’s been a great experience so far. The company really values work-life balance, with summer Fridays off and early 3pm finishes every Friday year-round. The flexibility to work from home and adjust your schedule makes a big difference, especially when life gets busy. The work culture is professional yet welcoming, and there are regular company events that bring people together—my favorite being the overnight trip to Blue Mountain. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and take a break from the usual routine

      The main downside is the traffic, which can make commuting a hassle depending on your location. However, the hybrid model helps reduce that stress. Like any accounting firm, things can get hectic during busy seasons, but that’s to be expected.

      - Open environment to ask questions, communication is key in any team across the company - Teams work together well and coordinate with other teams to complete deadlines and deliverables. Partners want you to grow if you put in the work. - Hybrid work environment is flexible - No micromanagement for the most part - Standardized practices and process - so if you can easily follow and learn those processes you will succeed. - Better work life balance than other mid-large accounting firms (Fridays 3pm sign off during non-busy season and Fridays off in July & Aug) - Overall, a good well managed PA firm that listens to your issues as well.

      - None really, obviously the workload and tax season pressures, but as I said better than other firms. - Clients can be pain sometimes if books are not clean or have a lot of adjustments to be made - just like any other PA firm though.
