Lots of work so long hours are common, for some roles pay may be a bit below average

Working remotely is nice, but it is actually used more as a way to exploit. You’ll never stop working and management will bury their head in the sand about it

This job has been the worst experience of my life and I guarantee you do not want to work here. They’re a start up that systemically forces their workers to take the work of 2-3 people at least. The CEO always says we’re “running lean” like it’s a temporary thing, but it has always been the norm. No work life balance whatsoever. They say they have unlimited vacation, but you will end up just working through any vacation you try to take. I got to the point that I just stopped trying to take any time off. Stay far away from this place, it is not worth it
