      Remote access is good, holiday party pre covid

      Some areas need more cleanup. Sales and commission jobs I would stay away. Due to concerns of how commissions are calculated. IT still has some under performers. Young managers who know the application but not how to manage. Good to see legacy heads leaving as fresh leaders coming in will change this company for the better and remove the boys club .

      Within our division there's excellent autonomy. People are trusted to take ownership of their plate. IDK about the other divisions but we sure Get S*** Done. (Great company value btw).
