They are good in making fool of innocent people.

Its not an employee friendly organisation. There are only 3-4 people who are working with this co. from last 10-12 years. Full of Nepotism. They make fun of trainees and bully them...they do campus hiring and make freshers sit idle and pay nothing..after 6 months they get a bond signed with them and trap them with their rubbish policies...their 45 Minutes break policy is very weird...in 45 Minutes you have to have your lunch and it includes your washroom break also...and in case you exceed this break..they will deduct your salary. Its a software co. but they get manual entry done for In and Out,so everytime you go out for break you have to salute their corrupt guard ,who can allow you to go out without any entry and save your break and ultimately your salary so that way he is your another boss...never dare to angry him. Also in case if you reach office for any reason one hour late they will deduct half day salary...their is no HR policy...Please don't join them...yes if you want to make your life hell you can go ahead...at times when they ask employees to stay back in office and get work done...then too they don't order food from outside...Owner's wife gets food cooked at home and bring it to office in Cooker. If you take Off on Friday they will deduct your Saturday salary also..if you take off on Monday they will deduct your Sunday salary also. Weird Policies...Making others life hell.

No pros exists. Only Cons are there.

I've been working in the organisation since 1 year and I don't recommend anybody to join the organization. Worst company for freshers to begin their career. They make to work on 5K for six months in name of training period. Professional buttering people are earning well here. Managers literally shout on their colleagues right on the floor. (Dont trust me?? Go , Join and feel that) No growth opportunities. No chances to work on LIVE projects. No good projects are there. Only short term projects are there. No appreciation for good work but only criticism exists. No full and final of the employees working since past 1.5 years. Environment is very biased and depressing at times, Some people can make your life hell and less people will make it easy. Managers are ineffective and doing nothing just sitting idle. Company has no vision. Hidden HR policies and 45 mins break including washroom time is is very troublesome. No laptops are provided to the new-joinees and employees. You cannot bring pendrives but you have to bring the laptops. This is something sounds ridiculous.
