Vantaggi
The work is easy. Many of the people you will work with are extremely skilled. Most of your coworkers will be very friendly.
Svantaggi
No training is provided. I mean zero. The technical side of the job is very easy, but Zen3 has very specific ways they want you to work cases, and not only do they provide no training, but they also have no documentation on the processes. The processes change multiple times a week. While I worked at Zen3 it was not uncommon for the workflow to change 3+ times a week. Pay. First your paycheck will be erratic. They provide a pay schedule that they in no way follow. Offboarding pay. The company tries to cheat all employees out of their final paycheck. On resigning from the position, the company begged me to remain another week. I agreed so that we could part on amicable terms. After which they first tried to refuse to pay me the holiday pay, they owed me. They finally agreed to pay me in full and to pay me on the correct date. On the day my paycheck was meant to arrive, it was missing. On contact they informed me they decided to not pay me on time and would instead decide to pay me in 1-2weeks. They refused to answer my calls. The only way I got them to pay attention was to cause a scene and threaten to report them to their stakeholders and to the department of labor. They then immediately disabled my timesheet account so that I could not verify the full amount they owed me. They then gave me 4 different reasons why I wasn't paid. I proved that each of these was a blatant lie which they then admitted as much and claimed it was an error. I have checked with two other offboarded employees that I know who have informed me that they also withheld their final paycheck. This isn't a one time mistake. The company is involved in intentional wage theft.
