      Good starting point if interested in the startup world. You'll get experience in working on a lot of things at the same time.

      Passive aggressive attitude and lack of interest in new ideas although constantly pressured to create and brainstorm new alternatives. Usually never implemented when suggested, always have to do whatever boss says. In case of clash of interests, there is a high possibility that you will get yelled at - no understanding or space for normal communication, no apology, no honesty - only pointless aggression. No real feedback, oftentimes bipolar reactions to the work being made. Too chaotic and traumatising if you tend to take things personally.

      I worked at ZenOwn right after I got my degree. It was my first full-time job experience. I was stunned by the level of professionality and the work ethic of the team. Everyone in the team has a great drive and fire! It’s a very inspiring working environment. I had the chance to experience an intense learning curve which made a very adaptive employee. The team was very helpful when I had questions and they were interested not only about how I can contribute to the company the company on the best way, but also how I can develop as a person.

      If you are looking for a standard 9-5, the startup world is not the place for you. This is a high pace environment where you always have to perform at the high level.
