There are some genuinely strong people across product, engineering, and marketing. Day-to-day collaboration at team level can be good, and many individuals care deeply about the work and each other, despite difficult conditions.

Teams that collaborate well are frequently disrupted by the CEO. Priorities shift without warning, decisions change late, and boundaries are inconsistent, which makes it hard to know where you stand. There is no reliable single source of truth for data. Dashboards are inconsistent, and metrics are selectively used to support leadership narratives rather than objective decision-making. The leadership style at the top is intimidating and confrontational. Psychological safety is low, and the impact on mental health is significant. The cost of working here outweighs the benefits.
