      Good team. Everyone feels welcome. A lot of independence on your duties, not much pressure for your everyday work. Learning diferent strategies for different portfolios.

      Svantaggi

      Very low payment. Not much opportunities to grow. Very little education of co-workers so they are disrespectful. Not very clean office building.
