Thank you for your feedback. As you know, we always encourage anyone with concerns to speak to any of the leaders about them openly. I would love to be able to spend some time with you to better understand the concerns you have highlighted here and make sure we have a solution (if needed). To date, we've not had anyone come forward with your concern, but to the contrary, we have had many come to us complimenting the individual roles you've listed here. I would be happy to take the time myself to address any feedback you're willing to discuss.
