Vantaggi
If there is one benefit, it was learning exactly what kind of company culture and leadership style to avoid in the future
Svantaggi
There were effectively no meaningful benefits. Leadership seemed to believe that constant pressure would create respect, but in practice it created frustration, distrust, and disengagement. The CEO’s leadership style came across as highly controlling, with constant micromanagement and very little ability to delegate, which created bottlenecks across the company and made it harder for teams to execute efficiently. There was also a major gap between enthusiasm for AI and actual understanding of how to use it responsibly. Incomplete AI-generated materials were sometimes treated as if they were ready for real operational use, even when they had clearly not been properly reviewed. That reflected a broader pattern: teams were expected to build processes, leadership would change them repeatedly, and then the same leadership would question why progress took so long, despite being the main source of disruption. The environment also felt highly political and inconsistent. Support from leadership often felt unreliable, and it seemed like people could quickly go from being valued to being scrutinized or pushed out. Most concerning of all was the lack of sound judgment around workplace conduct and accountability, especially in situations involving women. Leadership decisions in that area made it difficult to trust that employee safety, professionalism, and respect were being treated as real priorities.
