-the best coworkers I have ever had. Each one has different skills and together we created a lot of awesome work. We also had tons of fun! -a really supportive boss who genuinely asked you what you were interested in doing (even if it was different than what you were hired for) and let you pursue creative and professional passions -a flexible and supportive environment where sick time, taking care of kids, vacations, etc were respected and encouraged. People worked different schedules depending on their needs. -the desire to improve was seen at every level of the company. If you had a suggestion or had seen a seminar or some other way to improve, the CEO encouraged you to share and encouraged everyone, including himself, to learn new things constantly.

-when I was first hired in 2017, there was some weirdness with one of the partners. He seemed to drag the entire company down. I never interacted with him, because he was never at work. I believe he is the reason for the negative reviews, and talking to employees that knew and worked for him, he was pretty awful. Fortunately, he is completely removed from the company and the problems literally disappeared with him. After all legal and professional ties were cut, it was like a giant weight was lifted off the company. Now everyone can do their best work! -they offer health insurance for employees, which is AWESOME as not everyone does. Unfortunately, I had dependents to pay for on the health insurance as well. While that didn't break the bank completely, it was a large factor in me deciding to take a different job. Although to be honest, unless you work at Google or something, you're probably paying at least partly for your dependent's health care.
