Extremely slow growth and stagnant career Not suitable for early careers, very high change of being stuck Toxic work environment, bullying probably due to seniority problems (e.g someone a day older than you on the job feels a whole sense of authority over you and this can be toxic) Your say doesnt matter or count Lack of equity Everyone feels like the owner of the bank, especially as HR is never accessible
